1. Data we collect

• Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address together with opt-in confirmation and unsubscribe timestamps. Subscription uses double opt-in; we only send the newsletter after you confirm.
• Pro subscription: checkout and payment are handled by our merchant of record partner. We receive subscription status and the email associated with your purchase; we never receive or store full card numbers.
• Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, aggregate web analytics to understand page-level traffic. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers.
• Server logs: our hosting infrastructure records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and operations, retained for a short period.
• Locale preference: a cookie may store your language choice so the site renders in your selected locale.

2. How we use data

• To operate and secure the Service.
• To send you the newsletter or product emails you explicitly requested, each of which includes an unsubscribe link.
• To provide, bill, and support the Pro subscription.
• To understand aggregate usage and improve content.

3. Processors and sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the infrastructure processors needed to run the Service: web hosting and analytics (Vercel), database hosting (Neon), email delivery (Cloudflare), and payment processing by our merchant of record partner. Each processor receives only the data required for its function.

4. Retention

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Server logs are retained for a short operational window. Purchase and subscription records are retained as required for accounting and tax compliance.

5. Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email via the link it contains. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@aistackwatch.com; we respond within three business days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights (for example under the GDPR), which we honor.

6. International transfers

Our processors may store and process data in the United States and the European Union. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards provided by the processor.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
