We want paying for AIStackWatch Pro to feel safe. This policy explains when you can get your money back and how the process works.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If Pro is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and yearly first-time purchases.
2. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal charge was unintended, contact us within 14 days of the renewal date and we will review the request in good faith — unused renewal periods are normally refunded. To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel any time before the end of the current billing period.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by emailing support@aistackwatch.com or, once self-serve billing is live, from the subscription management portal linked in your receipt. Cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
4. How refunds are processed
Checkout and billing are operated by our merchant of record partner, so approved refunds are issued through it back to your original payment method. Refunds typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@aistackwatch.com from the address used at purchase (or include your receipt). We respond to refund requests within three business days.
6. Free content
Everything outside the Pro plan is free to use, so no refunds apply to it.
